No Questions Asked Cancellation Cover

Protect your travel booking with our No Questions Asked Cancellation Cover — allowing you to cancel all or any part of your booking for any reason up to 24 hours before your first travel date and receive a refund, with absolutely no questions asked. (Please note: the cost of No Questions Asked Cancellation Cover is non-refundable.)

Key Information:

  • When to Purchase:

    No Questions Asked Cancellation Cover must be purchased at the time of your original booking. It cannot be added later to an existing order.

  • Peace of Mind

    If you need to cancel your trip up to 24 hours before travel, you can do so easily, without providing any reason.

  • How to Request a Refund:

    To claim your refund, simply contact your Travel Agent or Tour Operator directly

  • Limitations:

    • If you attempt to cancel within 24 hours of your travel date, the standard cancellation policies of your Airline, Tour Operator, Car Rental Company, or other Service Partner will apply — even if you purchased Cancellation Cover.
    • Cancellation Cover only applies to travel services purchased from our official partners (e.g., Show and Attraction Tickets, Lodging, Car Rental, Airline Tickets, Vacation Packages) within the same booking number.
    • It does not cover additional travel expenses purchased outside of your original booking

  • Non-Refundable:

    The fee for No Questions Asked Cancellation Cover is non-refundable and has no cash value

  • Once Used:

    Once a claim has been made using your Cancellation Cover, it becomes null and void for the affected booking.

Important Notice

To ensure fair use of this service:

  • Each individual purchasing Cancellation Cover may make a maximum of three (3) claims within a 12-month period
  • A deductible of US$100.00 per person applies to each claim.
  • The maximum payout per claim is US$1,000.00 per person.
